Rarely am I without a project, whether that's knitting, carpentry, or of course, film.

As a Filmmaker I create unique films founded on a sense of poetry. I work with digital and analogue cameras to make purposeful pictures and form strong creative narratives. I am an award winning filmmaker, recognised particularly for my camera and sound work.
My experience in different production roles has equipped me with a level of understanding that as a Storyboard Artist allows me to confidently communicate visually between departments. I develop clear, innovative sequences that realise the overarching vision.

Currently, I'm working on a Super 8 film for Straight 8 2026, having made one for the first time this year!
Straight 8 is a competition that challenges you to make a film on one roll of super 8, in camera editing only. The limitations and medium are a huge part of what makes the competition so exciting, I'm currently caught in a joyous web of ideas and planning...
